- Creating a diverse team that can cope with changing priorities and urgent unforeseen challenges
- Keeping a BCP that is feasible and ready to be acted upon
- Overseeing key medical processes within thegroup scope (Medical tiers, FMV, Events reconciliation, and promo and non-promo content SOP)
- Degree in health (e.g. pharmacy)
- Experience in Customer services, including medical information request handling.
- Experience with monitoring complex vendors, including GCP-regulated outsourced tasks
- Experience in Writing and reviewing standard operational procedures
- Fluent in English
