- At least 3+ years in UX/UI Design, with expertise in user experience research and strong user interface skills;
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing;
- In-depth understanding of methodologies such as Design Thinking and Human Centered Design;
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design software;
- Experience designing complex projects;
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and time-management skills;
- English — Upper-Intermediate.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field;
- Demonstrated experience working with startups;
- Diverse strategic skill set spanning industry categories, experience in both B2B and B2C is a plus.
- Design the AI copilot experience;
- Conduct design sprints or workshops to collect and evaluate business goals and user needs;
- Conduct and analyze stakeholder interviews and user surveys;
- Create pitch-decks and visual concepts of products;
- Develop customer journey maps and flow-charts for the products;
- Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and new UI elements for products;
- Deliver an outstanding user experience through an exceptional and intuitive application design.
