Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Customer Success com perfil proativo, comunicativo e orientado à experiência do cliente. Essa pessoa será fundamental para garantir uma jornada positiva no pós-venda, fortalecendo relacionamento, retenção e fidelização.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Acompanhar a jornada do cliente após a compra, garantindo uma experiência fluida e satisfatória;
- Atuar de forma preventiva na identificação de dúvidas ou possíveis dificuldades;
- Realizar follow-ups estratégicos e pesquisas de satisfação;
- Auxiliar na resolução de solicitações, trocas ou intercorrências;
- Registrar e atualizar informações de atendimento em sistema;
- Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos e da experiência do cliente.
Requisitos
- Ensino médio completo;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Organização e capacidade de gestão de múltiplas demandas;
- Experiência prévia com atendimento, suporte ou relacionamento com clientes será um diferencial.

Modelo de contratação: Efetivo CLT.
Horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h.
Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
