As a UI/UX Designer at elios-talent, you will be part of a team that builds technology products for companies reshaping industries.

This is not a purely visual design role. Designers influence product direction, collaborate closely with engineers and product leaders, and define how complex systems work.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to design experiences strategically sound and deeply usable.

• Own design end-to-end for one or more product workstreams from research and wireframes through final developer handoff
• Facilitate discovery sessions with clients and internal teams to clarify problems before jumping into solutions
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications that engineers can build from with minimal iteration
