Job summary
We shape IBM's brand capture attention in the market and share our perspective with clients partners the media and fellow IBMers. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about B2B events has a good understanding of event process and can lead multiple projects at the same time has strong project management and communication skills is detail oriented self driven and motivated to learn.The candidate will be required to operate at strategic level focusing on overall process planning for TechXchange regional workshop execution – with the goal to achieve business outcomes deliver on technical sales engagements locally;
acts as a team lead for other team members as well as POC for geography business leaders managing their expectations understanding of the process collecting feedback communicating needs status improvement ideas.
