Responsibilities

• Participate in the morning shift meeting;
• Perform the exchange of shifts with accurate and objective information regarding the performance of the line + programming + pending tasks;
• Perform the 5S before starting activities;
• Perform cleaning activities according to the scope defined in the procedure - CLEANING OF PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT;
• Check the raw material to be used (preform or GAR label in programming);
• Perform preform replenishment on the blowers;
• Perform preform descaling on the loading track and/or guide rollers;
• Clean the molds of the blower and label kit after setup on the workbench;
• Perform bobbin replenishment of the label on the labelers without opening the machine (only if access is external);
• Assemble the Smart pallets with 10 layers of labeled bottles, place the strapping tape and direct the pallets to the filming stage according to - Manual palletization of the Smart line;
