    Job Title Senior Labor Relations Analyst Job Description Nessa posição, você terá a oportunidade de: Colaborar na gestão das relações trabalhistas, garantindo o cumprimento das políticas, regulamentos e legislação referentes ao trabalho, além de ser o principal ponto de contato na empresa na definição de estratégias de RH em relação às relações trabalhistas


    Você será responsável por:

    Acompanhar as negociações sindicais, elaborando relatórios das principais cláusulas de convenções coletivas e índices econômicos para atualizar as áreas envolvidas; Responsável pelos acordos de PLR e banco de horas, Fazer a gestão legal de horas extras e férias das unidades; Será responsável pelos processos de compliance de RH no Brasil; Acompanhar fiscalizações trabalhistas orientando os representantes locais no atendimento ao fiscal e enviando os documentos necessários.

    Levantar documentos e informações para defesa em processos trabalhistas. Realizar treinamento sobre medidas disciplinares e Fiscalização Trabalhista para futuros gerentes. Controlar via sistemas as medidas disciplinares, além de orientar os gestores em relação a correta aplicação.

    Time de Recursos Humanos para Brasil, localizado em Barueri - SP. Você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar de forma flexível com vários grupos de clientes e diferentes mercados.

    Para ter sucesso nessa posição, você deverá ter:

    Formação em Direito; Experiência prévia com Relações Trabalhistas, preferencialmente em escritório corporativo e fábrica Experiência em negociações com sindicatos e outras entidades trabalhistas Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista; Nível avançado em Pacote Office Desejável Inglês avançado About Philips We are a health technology company.
