Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
As the primary point of contact for guests throughout their temporary accommodation stay manage and resolve guest-reported maintenance and service issues promptly professionally.
Process client extension requests accurately efficiently.
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service with strong attention to detail. Assist with preparation delivery of monthly guest services reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvement support implementation initiatives Issue move-out instructions extension notices as required Maintain accurate up-to-date records of in-house guest issues internally systems Participate out-of-hours emergency phone rota urgent matters
