We are seeking a dynamic CSR Program Manager to lead and execute various elements of the IBM SkillsBuild Program. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, project management excellence, program execution and a passion for social impact.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional IBM teams, the extended CSR team, and global partners to enhance the program's reach and effectiveness, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of learners and aligns with IBMs strategic imperatives.

Responsibilities include:

Program Design and DevelopmentAbility to design and develop comprehensive, scalable, and adaptable global program elements that can be effectively executed by local implementation teams.

This requires a deep understanding of the program's objectives, the needs of the target audience, and the capacities and constraints of the local teams.

The program manager should be adept at conceptualizing strategies, creating detailed plans, and developing resources and tools that support local teams in achieving the desired outcomes.

They should also be proficient in project management techniques to coordinate and monitor the progress of program development effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship BuildingRecognize and understand the needs and interests of key internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community members, NGOs, and government entities.

Engage in clear, empathetic, and transparent communication to foster shared understanding and alignment of social impact goals.

Excel in building and strengthening relationships, establishing a foundation of trust and collaboration that supports a shared vision for sustainable impact.

Use these solid relationships to create and maintain effective partnerships, driving efforts that achieve mutually beneficial social impact goals in alignment with IBM's mission.
