What will you be doing here?

Responsável por separar, movimentar e armazenar produtos acabados, garantindo qualidade, agilidade e segurança nas operações logísticas. Atua com tecnologias como PBL's, Aframe's, Mass Picking e PTT, além de utilizar RF/MDEX para controle de inventário.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Separar produtos acabados com qualidade e atenção, evitando faltas, trocas, excessos ou danos;
• Movimentar e armazenar materiais conforme as necessidades da operação;
• Operar equipamentos como carrinho hidráulico e rádio frequência (RF/MDEX);
• Acompanhar indicadores de performance (itens/hora, caixas/hora, pallets/hora);
• Participar de reuniões operacionais e contribuir com planos de ação para melhoria de resultados;
• Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação da área e equipamentos;
• Cumprir rigorosamente as Regras de Ouro e Regras Gerais de Segurança da Natura;
• Participar ativamente das ações de segurança (DDS, SIPAT, inspeções, registros de quase-acidentes, OPS, etiquetas verdes etc.).

Requisitos

• Ensino médio completo;
• Atenção, agilidade, comprometimento e foco em resultados;
• Disponibilidade de horário.
