Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of data centre services and infrastructure. This position requires a strong understanding of virtualization technologies, server operating systems, and storage connectivity.

• Deliver expert technical support solutions to customers in line with industry best practices.
• Work closely with the WINTEL Team Lead to ensure seamless onboarding and handover for new customers.

This role requires:

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in a 3rd line support or administration role, predominantly working within data centre services and infrastructure.


• A minimum of 8 years' experience with virtualization technologies i.e. VMware or Hyper-V.


• A minimum of 7 years' experience with Server operating systems; Windows Server, Linux or Unix.
