- Posting jobs with online job boards: The PERM Advertising team is responsible for posting jobs on various online job boards. You will be responsible for making sure jobs are posted with the correct information.
- Verify and enter advertising data: Carefully review newspaper tearsheets containing our ads and accurately enter the relevant information into our system. Attention to detail is essential in order to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders: You will be responsible for liaising with internal team members to ensure the successful placement of our ads across various media outlets. This includes maintaining effective communication channels and addressing any concerns or discrepancies that may arise during the process.
- New project intake: You will serve as a point of contact for incoming advertising projects, gathering all necessary details from internal stakeholders to ensure each project is properly scoped, documented, and assigned. This includes reviewing intake requests for completeness and coordinating handoffs to the appropriate team members.
- Client communication: You will maintain proactive and professional communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of each advertising project, providing status updates, setting expectations, and promptly addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive client experience.
- Email management: You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the team's shared inbox, prioritizing and responding to incoming messages in a timely manner, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and ensuring no client or vendor communication falls through the cracks.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Strong educational background.
- Strong organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines is essential in this role.
- Attention to detail: You must possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the accurate entry of advertising data.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is vital when working with team members and agency vendors.
- Team player: You should thrive in a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and actively contributing to the team's success.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
