Recruit, lead, and manage a team of highly driven software engineersDevelop and foster world-class modern development best practicesProvide seasoned technical direction and guidance for the engineering teamNurture a culture of ownership and technical excellenceWork with product, customer success, and commercial to ensure requirements are over-deliveredTrack and manage the successful delivery of software and key resultsWhat you bring:7+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years in technical leadershipBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field5+ years of experience with agile software methodologies3+ years of React, Vue, or related technologies5+ years of Python1+ years of working in an early-stage startup ( Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong real-world coding skills (we will provide backend and frontend tests)
