    • São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end to end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
    The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
    • Establishing effective communication for CB team
    • Provide support and guide requests from the team
    • Stay informed about international policies
    • Assist the local team in addressing CB demands
    • Assist with specific demands within our department.
    • Contribute to problem solving and internal solution development.
    • Collaborate with our team to address our needs.
    • Add value by supporting departmental projects and challenges.

    Requirements:


    • Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Marketing or related fields.
    • English
    • Advanced (written and spoken) required.
    • Basic/Intermediate level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge.
