About the Role:
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of CLOUD OPERATIONS, level 3 support capabilities, and strong analytical thinking. Key areas of focus include: Cloud migration strategies, scalability optimization, security hardening, disaster recovery planning, system integration, configuration management, release process automation.
The ability to integrate various tools such as Ansible or Puppet is highly valued as well as experience working with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
The successful candidate will be able to articulate a vision for efficient IT service delivery while collaborating effectively in an agile environment. This role requires expert-level skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously while fostering open communication channels within cross-functional teams.
