• Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / Content Training Creator to support product adoption and end-user engagement in a growing SaaS organization within the healthcare sector.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Create clear, structured training materials for new feature releases and product updates using instructional design standards. Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency by auditing existing training content as product functionality evolves.
2. Partner with Product stakeholders during the feature release lifecycle, translating technical functionality into user-friendly instructional content that is timely, accurate, and aligned with customer needs.
