Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to perform various manual labor tasks and janitorial duties. The successful candidate will assist with daily cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and dusting of floors, work areas, and equipment
• Moving and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Assisting with the handling of heavy materials
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Mowing lawns and shoveling snow as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in manual labor or janitorial work is preferred

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
