Executive Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring processes for corporate clients.

About the Role:

• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with full-cycle recruitment in the North-American market, particularly in executive or corporate recruitment.


• A proven track record of delivering successful hires, managing multiple requisitions, and maintaining healthy candidate pipelines is essential.


• This role requires strong English communication skills (professional level) as well as comfort working in fast-paced environments with global stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates;
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms;
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required; other relevant education/training considered on an individual basis;
