- A proven track record of delivering successful hires, managing multiple requisitions, and maintaining healthy candidate pipelines is essential.
- This role requires strong English communication skills (professional level) as well as comfort working in fast-paced environments with global stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates;
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms;
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required; other relevant education/training considered on an individual basis;
