Our Product Manager TeamAt Nubank, Product Managers (PMs) are key players in building great products and delivering them to our customers.

They are accountable for building products with a team composed of people with different functions, given the multifunctional structure we have within the organization.

Among the key stakeholders, you may find developers, designers, customer service, business analysts, data scientists, etc. They are also responsible for the speed and quality of the team's decisions to maximize impact.

The Lending teamWe are seeking a Product Manager to join Lending Platform team, working closely with Engineers to offer new capabilities that will drive high value to product teams by rethinking and redesigning existing systems to ensure scalability.

You'll be responsible for critical domains and capabilities used by all of our lending products such as payments and lending's lifecycle.

The complexity of our service structure demands knowledge of solution architecture and translation of business/functional requirements into a technical development strategy, which is why being able to navigate the more technical part of the solutions is fundamental for this position.

This is an environment with high complexity and high ambiguity, so we expect you to be very autonomous and proactive.
