We are currently hiring for a division which focuses on providing services to immigration law firms across the United States.

The Strategic Operations Project Coordinator will serve as a key support resource to operational leadership, combining elements of project coordination, business analysis, and administrative management. This role is responsible for managing small-to-medium projects, conducting research and analysis, building documentation, performing system testing, and offloading administrative tasks from senior leaders to improve organizational efficiency.

• Manage and coordinate small-to-medium projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
