We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a CRM Business Analyst/Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to business needs, configuring and customizing D365 CRM to meet functional requirements, working closely with technical teams to integrate CRM with other systems, participating in project planning, estimating and project management activities, delivering end-user training and providing ongoing functional support.

Key Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization;
• Strong understanding of D365 CRM's data model, security model and configuration options;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
