- Be responsible for IT Infrastructure in 6 Ericsson offices in Brazil and for more than 2000 IT users (e.g. follow up on service and supplier performance, Local Support Operations).
- Requires Hands and Eyes on IT Infrastructure and Network equipment, during Incident Management, in the set-up of new services, refresh infrastructure projects and new offices or move projects.
- Travels in between different sites: São Paulo Offices (Jardim das Perdizes and Berrine), Barueri, Indaiatuba and Rio de Janeiro.
- Coordinate Laptop, meeting room and printing refresh projects.
- Be responsible for the Cloud connectivity infrastructure.
- Govern the architecture of the Local IT landscape.
- Drive employee experience improvements, enabled through close collaboration with key business stakeholder groups and other support functions (e.g. REFM, central IT teams)
- Support Stakeholder Management and Business Demand Management activities.
- Work closely to other Local IT units (DevSecOps) and support on the journey to implement cost efficient and secure solutions (I.e: Storage, Cloud Infrastructure, etc)
- Support Delivery Management to ensure E2E Security of the Local IT solutions, following the compliance process.
- Represent IT Organization in Internal and External Audits (IT Security, ISMS, etc)
- Support IT Strategy execution.
- Support Management on coordination of Local activities.
- An MSC, MBA would be appreciated.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT
- Project Management Skills
- Experienced Technical Knowledge being able to combine IT infrastructure, hardware, and software worlds.
- Deep understanding of IT fundamentals, ability to speak business and technical languages.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced in Spanish (desirable)
