    We're expanding our Customer Success team, hiring a high-performing Onboarding Specialist. This role owns the customers' first 30-45 days, setting the tone for the relationship and ensuring they're ready quickly and correctly.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and follow up on all 1-1 or group onboarding sessions via phone, video, text, and email using our tech stack.
    • Complete daily CRM tasks (to-dos, emails, texts, calls)
      • Establish clear expectations for SMS performance/compliance/best practices;    Reinforce value proposition/positioning/differentiators;Evaluate customer progress&, escalate/resolving any issues during onboarding
    )
    Suitable Candidate Profile:
    You have 4+ years experience nCustomer Success/Oberman.taliaUmentation at a SaaS company.Great communication/conversational skills (written/–verbal). Proficient/native level English fluency.Detail-oriented/process-driven/highly organized.Personable/engetic in custumer interactions .Comfortable working at high volume without losing quality. Proven track record meeting/exceeding business expansion quota.
