- Be able to conceptualize design ideas that are applicable to brand image, strategy and product selling points, and creative campaign objectivities
- Creation of assets for campaign visuals, including but not restricted to keynotes, event visual, social media post, website, ecommerce, offline materials and others as required
- Collaborate closely with other marketing team members, to execute creative work, such as videos, animations, renders, product photography, lifestyle photography, and more
- Maintenance and gate keeper of all graphic and video assets
- Follow HQ's brand VI and requirements from regional designer director
- Bachelor's degree in art/design/creative multimedia/industrial design or equivalent, and an outstanding portfolio, featuring unique ideas, integrated campaigns, and aesthetic sensitivity
- Must have 3 to 5 years' work experience in digital graphic design and video production
- Previous working experience with young/popular/premium brands, have strong creative ability, understand and proficient in the language of young people
- Have advanced 2D software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe CS) and Video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere). The ability in 3D software (Rhino) and renderings software (KeyShot or 3D MAX) is a huge plus
- Love technology and electronic products
- Great time management skills and attention to details
