Buscamos um Analista de BI Sênior com forte visão de negócios, orientado a modelos de receita recorrente, para atuar diretamente no time de Growth.
Esse profissional será responsável por transformar dados operacionais, de marketing e de produto em insights acionáveis para crescimento, retenção e redução de churn, apoiando decisões estratégicas da liderança.
O ambiente é de alta autonomia, cobrança por resultado e forte integração com marketing, CRM, produto e operações.
Responsabilidades
- Construir, manter e evoluir dashboards estratégicos para Growth, Marketing e Recorrência;
- Analisar métricas de retenção, churn, LTV, CAC, cohorts e ciclos de vida do aluno;
- Integrar múltiplas fontes de dados (mídia, CRM, analytics, produto e vendas);
- Apoiar o time de Growth na validação de hipóteses, testes A/B e análises de performance;
- Gerar insights sobre comportamento do aluno ao longo do tempo (entrada, engajamento, risco de churn e reativação);
- Criar relatórios executivos claros, orientados à tomada de decisão;
- Atuar de forma próxima às áreas de marketing, CRM, operações e produto.
Diferenciais
- Experiência prévia no segmento fitness, saúde ou bem-estar.
- Vivência com CRM (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud ou similares).
- Conhecimento em SQL e modelagem de dados.
- Experiência com estruturas de franquias ou operações multiunidade.
- Atuação prévia em times de Growth.
Local de Trabalho: Av. das Nações Unidas - Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP.
Horário de trabalho: das 09h00 às 18h00, de segunda à sexta-feira, com 1 hora de intervalo. 1 dia de home office.
