Key Responsibilities:

• Cases resolutions
• Server Build Checklist validation
• Server Build Images/OS binary repository management
• Server Hardening and release to production process
• Virtualization
• Server Active Directory/LDAP integration
• Agent installation
• Server patching
• Log analysis and problem identification
• Recover corrupt file system / fixing inodes issues
• Firmware upgrade
• H hardware refresh / replacement process planning
• Server regular health checkup
• Performance Monitoring
• Critical Resource Alerts & Monitoring
• cpu/memory/disk utilization alerts
• Account/Group creation/passowrd reset/generic activities
• Managing IT inventory
• Documentation & Reporting
• Ticket distribution, scaling and resolution
• server decommission and commissioning

Requirements:

• Administrator of Linux operating system and its distributions (RedHat, SUSE, Ubuntu, etc)
• Geared towards servers
• Perform operation routines to keep applications available and performing

Desirable Skills:

• Certification linux RedHat/Suse Distribution
• Desirable certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Support Tool Analyst to collect logs for infra on-premises/cloud
• at least support 4.000 hosts on hybrid environment
• Desirable certification on Azure / AWS cloud
• Manage Engine tool for software distribution
• Certification Windows Datacenter/ Server/Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Support Tool Analyst to collect logs for infra on-premises/cloud
• at least support 4.000 hosts on hybrid environment
• Desirable certification on Azure / AWS cloud
