    Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

    Projeto Maior is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the highest quality products.
    2. Work closely with software developers to deliver products in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Creating, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases against hardware and software platforms.
    2. Analyzing and communicating test results.
    3. Defect tracking and analysis.
    4. Environment configuration.
    5. Participating in day-to-day QA activities.
    6. Reviewing requirements with BA and developers for consistency.
    7. Collaborating with other departments to achieve QA team objectives.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 6 years of experience in software testing.
    2. Fluent English skills.
    3. Knowledge:
      1. Experience with all phases of software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance, and Release Management).
      2. Experience with Requirements Reviews with BA and developers, and other stakeholders such as project managers and/or product owners.
      3. In-depth knowledge of test case creation and execution.
      4. Solid experience with software technologies including HTML, XML, Desktop applications, Microservices.

    Skills:

    1. Results-oriented mindset.
    2. Ability to lead change and innovation.
    3. Strong teamwork skills.
    4. Comfortable working under pressure.
    5. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

    Desirable:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    2. Experience with Jira and Zephyr.
    3. Familiarity with test automation tools.

    Advanced English proficiency required.

    Local work schedule required.

    Project-based employment.
