    Job Title: Cluster Sales Manager, FIT Wholesale

    Location: SLS South Beach in Miami

    The Cluster Sales Manager – FIT & Wholesale will lead our efforts in maximizing revenue from all leisure travel segments through wholesale channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the presenting and handling of all Leisure Sales and Marketing initiatives for a cluster of hotels.
    • Maintain responsibility and execution for the contracting, negotiation and account management for all existing accounts.
    • Prospect to successfully acquire new accounts in existing and emerging markets to maximize hotel's exposure while meeting and exceeding established revenue goals.
    • Develop a cohesive alliance with Revenue Management and DOSM to determine best segment pricing strategy per property to drive occupancy and desired revenue/ADR.
    • Develop and execute tactical leisure promotions, marketing campaigns and override agreements as needed to create brand awareness and drive new business.
