- Provide online consultation for installers encountering problems and respond to messages in the WhatsApp group.
- Sales Training: After learning product knowledge you can later provide product-related training to some distributors or installers.
- Work Coordination: Complete tasks assigned by leadership carefully and cooperate with other departments to provide technical support.
- Information Registration: Record daily service work orders in the company’s system and follow up on service progress.
