- Support customers in one or more languages
- Work on assigned tasks outside of queue attributed by management
- Notify team leaders and managers of discrepancies
- Develop knowledge and learn business systems (e.g., Siebel, CSC, ECP) within GSD
- Previous experience in customer service
- Availability to work a 12x36 schedule from 6am to 6pm, in a hybrid format
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced English and Spanish for conversation; other languages are considered a plus
