    PositionLatam Marketing Jr Manager, IMC strategyThis is a position within the Latin America Marketing area who is responsible for 7 main countries governance (Brazil, México, Argentina, Panamá, Chile, Colombia, Peru)This job will grant the professional an opportunity to develop his/her strategic thinking and business vision skills by allowing interactions with executives across different areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.

    ResponsibilitiesIn this role, your primary responsibility will entail managing and providing strategic direction to 7 different countries teams in the Latin America region guaranteeing a successful GTM (Go-to
    • Market) launching process in Marketing for MX (Mobile Experience) division products (Smartphones, Notebooks and Ecosystem (Tablet, Watch, wireless headphones), besides maintaining ongoing interaction and relationship with Marketing and Products HoDs (Head of Division), and teams all around Latin America countries.

    The main responsibilities will be:

    • Be responsible for preparing GTM strategy for Latin American countries and ensure that Marketing teams are adequately prepared for launches, considering all categories of MX division (smartphones, notebook and Ecosystem (Tablet, Watch, wireless headphones)) , guaranteeing the correct execution of brand and product guidelines provided by Headquarter, being responsible for receiving it, interpreting it, and ensuring that teams fully understand it.
    • Conduct meticulous analyses and data driven strategy creation in order to guarantee that goals are reached, communicating with other Latin America divisions and subsidiary teams to review key marketing performance indicators, monitor and adjust the route if necessary.
    • Provide data driven support in developing new regional strategies to achieve previously established objectives, also support leadership with updated information and opportunities for the development of regional strategies
    • Collect countries local initiatives, elaborating organized and clear overview of Latin America initiatives as a whole for discussion with Global team.
    • Manage the creation and implementation of global and regional campaigns
    • This role will have regional scope, so another responsibility is to ensure consistency of the brand communication throughout Latin America region, working with multiple stakeholders, building relationships for the correct execution of plans and projects, maintaining daily contact and ensuring effective communication.
    • Additionally, this person must support the area and the leadership in the strategy and implementation of regional campaigns, helping building the flagship results and brand value to consumers across Latin America.

    We are seeking a candidate who is result-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, organized, exhibits a strategic and analytical mindset, fosters good relationships, is adaptable and dynamic professional, able to adapt quickly, and is willing to collaborate in building together.

    High knowledge in English presentation preparation and public speaking skills.

    Skills and Qualifications· Be able to efficiently and effectively create and update regional marketing performance reports using a combination of different data sources.· Be able to monitor and identify market opportunities and competitors' movements that could affect our business.· Be able to think strategically and translate numbers and findings into strategic insights and initiatives that can improve regional performance.· Be able to build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders at global, regional and subsidiary level in order to gather, discuss and implement the strategic initiatives.· Be able to coordinate many tasks at the same time and be result deliver oriented· Be able to do public presentation in English.

    (Spanish is a differential).· Be resilient and flexible to deal with fast change environments.· Be a very good team and collaboration worker.


    Background & ExperienceBackground:

    • Experience in the LATAM region is a plus;
    • Proficiency in launches, particularly in strategic planning construction;
    • Data analysis skills to interpret data and bring insights;
    • Proven experience in marketing, including new campaign projects (briefing to agencies, strategy, key visual, guideline book, etc)
    • Proficiency in communication, including the development of presentations and campaigns;
    • English: Advanced minimum;
    • Spanish is a plus;
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
