    We are looking for a self-motivated Backoffice Lead to join our multinational team. The main objective is to add value to our customer experience.


    What you will be doing:


    • Understand the payment flow.
    • Follow up on the tasks performed within the area.
    • Propose new ideas in search of improvements to the processes already installed to reduce manual processes.
    • Encourage a good atmosphere inside and outside the team.
    • Give feedback when necessary, monthly and semiannually to agents.

    Requirements:


    • High level of analytical skills.
    • Team player
    • Ability to problem solve
    • Knowledge of tools such as Excel, and looker.
    • Time availability in case of eventualities
    • Experience in project leadership.
    • English is a must
    • Spanish is a plus.
