Supervisionar as equipes de trabalho das regionais Alagoas e Pernambuco e as atividades desenvolvidas nas áreas de Desenvolvimento Humano e Administração de Pessoas, acompanhando seus resultados.
Atuar nos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção (interno e externo), realizando o processo de promoções, transferências, através de entrevistas e aplicação de testes específicos, analisando o perfil dos participantes para o cargo proposto, visando selecionar o perfil que mais se adeque a necessidade da vaga e competências essenciais do Grupo.
Assegurar o cumprimento das atividades dentro dos prazos e padrões de qualidade, através de sua adequada organização, visando contribuir para o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos.
Assessorar os escritórios jurídicos nas defesas em processos trabalhistas, multas do Ministério do Trabalho, atuando como preposto e indicando testemunhas do Grupo, visando a melhor solução dos processos, tanto no aspecto estratégico quanto financeiro.
Acompanhar a condução dos programas de desenvolvimento da Regional, através de planilhas, relatórios e ações de engajamento, reportando ao corporativo, visando melhorar continuamente sua formação técnica/comportamental e desempenho individual e coletivo dos colaboradores (as).
Supervisionar a execução das rotinas de movimentação de pessoas (admissões, férias, afastamentos, rescisões, ponto eletrônica e folha de pagamento), através da conferência dos dados enviados para a Matriz, a fim de garantir o cumprimento dos processos internos e legais.
Atuar nas ações de endomarketing realizando o engajamento dos colaboradores (as) por meio de reforço das comunicações, tour nas lojas, e contato com os gestores.
