    • A key member of our server operations team, responsible for managing and maintaining the efficiency of Linux servers.

    • Excellent communication skills are essential to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


    Main Responsibilities:


    The primary goal is to provide top-notch support by resolving service request failures, managing downtime extensions, and handling long-running incidents. This role requires a high degree of autonomy as well as collaboration skills.


    Key Requirements:


    1. Participate in major incident management through active participation in troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and resolution implementation. Ensure prompt escalation when necessary.
