    Position: Marketing & Communications Associate Manager

    Mission: Join Bulgari Middle East as a Marketing & Communications Associate Manager to lead the maison in KSA, contributing to the overall MEAI strategy.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Strategy Support & Planning:

    • Assist in developing trade marketing strategies for the Saudi market aligned with global and regional objectives.
    • Ensure trade marketing activities support brand strategy and sales objectives.
    • Execute marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.

    Promotional Activities:

    • Plan and execute trade plans, in-store activations, and events outside boutiques.
    • Develop tailored trade plans for flagship stores with clear objectives.
    • Collaborate with various teams to maximize promotional effectiveness.
    • Implement campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement across different channels.

    Communication:

    • Create compelling messaging to convey Bulgari's brand story and product offerings effectively.
    • Localize content to enhance relevance.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
    • Utilize insights to support marketing plans.

    Budget Management:

    • Oversee the marketing budget for the Saudi market.
    • Optimally allocate resources for maximum ROI.
    • Monitor spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.

    Event Planning & Coordination:

    • Organize events, product launches, and brand activations for memorable experiences.
    • Develop tools for effective communication within the organization.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Create reports and presentations on trade marketing performance.

    Collaboration:

    • Profile:

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
      • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in luxury goods.
      • Demonstrated success in marketing campaigns and events.
      • Strong knowledge of Saudi market and consumer behavior.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
