    How to contribute to our vision:

    As a Student Worker, you will support the AME Project Capex Service Procurement Department and main focus will be on:

  • Supporting AME Project Capex strategic buyer in daily tasks :
  • Support Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials or services.
  • Contribute to implement and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. Procurement guidelines, IT systems, etc.).
  • Support Supplier Documentation control (contracts, H&S certification) according to SGRE processes.
  • Support in RfQ preparation inside the ECM Process though Ariba system.Execute the upload and update the prices in SAP (RBP, GEP, etc.)
  • Support with the generation of reports related to implemented savings and make results transparent.
  • Execute Supplier Management processes (e.g. registration in SGRE tools, qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification).
  • Execute Components Homologation processes
  • Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Stakeholders to ensure customer care and early involvement.
  • Participate to tendering processes management (RFQs, Negotiation and Awarding Proposals) for the different services required by Operational areas for Project Capex in AME region.
  • Support Coordination of the procurement activities in the areas of project Capex for Service Department collaborating with Field Operations areas to perform the different services according to their specific requirements.

  • You are enrolled at a University on Bachelor/Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar areas of Education.
  • You are open-minded and proactive and have huge drive and motivation
  • You have the ability to multi-task.
  • You are a dedicated team player with the ability to be part of an exciting multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluency in English (C1) both orally and in writing. Spanish is highly recommended
  • You have an excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • You have advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI - SAP RBP and GEP would be a plus but it is not mandatory.
  • Having participated in the Brazilian "Jovem Aprendiz" program will be a plus
