Talent Acquisition:
Identify skill gaps and lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team

Mentorship and Training:
Foster talent growth through direct mentorship and the development of training programs

Team Composition:
Strategically assemble teams, aligning individual strengths and skills to project needs.

Technical Leadership

Architectural Decisions:
Champion and guide the adoption of sustainable and forward-thinking technical architectures

Technical Roadmap:
Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with long-term objectives

Hands-on Guidance:
Lead by example through involvement in architecture workshops

Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of how to design and operate secure and scalable environments in financial services.

Project Management

Budgeting:
Collaborate with the project manager to manage and allocate project finances

Timelines:
Oversee the creation and adherence to project schedules, ensuring timely delivery

Risk Management:
