- Direct or indirect goods or services negotiation and management;
- develop and visit suppliers;
- manage, monitor and prospect projects with current and new suppliers (innovation, savings, supply chain, quality, cost avoidance);
- support to internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Supply Quality, Finance, Operations, HR, R&D and QSHE);
- create and manage purchasing contracts in SAP or Coupa;
- develop category strategies adding value to the position, decreasing suppliers and pricing risks and enhancing innovativeness and flexibility across the organization;
- track Procurement KPIs;
- understand business requirements; supplier management; inbound and outbound freight negotiations;
- SAP freight table update and management.
- Bachelor' Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Agronomy and related areas.
- 8 years of experience in procurement is ideal.
- Fluent English is mandatory . Advanced Spanish is a "nice to have".
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Procurement, Category Management, Problem solving, Negotiation skills, Communication skills, Supplier relationship and management skills, analytical skills and Strategic Sourcing.
- Personal competences: Drive for results, autonomy, ownership, teamwork, influence, document control, organization and contact with suppliers and stakeholders.
