As the Analytics Engineer at Inventa, you will play a critical role in shaping Inventa's data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for a candidate who is motivated to model data to represent the business and can make sense of complex data and business rules.

Join our team and help us make a significant impact on B2B wholesale in Brasil.
Your day-by-day will be:Connect the dots between the Data Engineer and Product Analytics teams, making sure we have the right data engineering platform to attend the analytics area (now and as we evolve)

Maintain constant conversation with people from analytics side (the PAs, Data Leads) and also the Business people, to understand if the business requirements are attended inside our pipelineWhen not attending requirements, this person will need to implement the changes and evolutions on pipeline.

These changes might require updates on the data platform, that will be led by Data Engineers and Analytics EngineersAble to work between the disciplines, but focusing on delivering value to the business team (through the analytics team)What we're looking for:3+ years experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering with a focus on data modeling and ELT (e-commerce is a bonus)

Solid SQL and dbt skills with the ability to produce clean, comprehensible codeKnowledge of database architectures (Data warehouse, Data lake, lakehouse, etc.)Experience using modeling techniques with focus on analytics (Star/Snowflake schema modeling, etc.)

Proficiency in a programming language, with a preference for PythonExperience with software development best practices such as TDD, VCS, CI/CDCommitment to ensuring consistency, eliminating redundancy, and accuracy in our data modelGood communication skills in English; Portuguese and Spanish proficiency is a bonusWhat we offer:
