Core Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Expertise in the purchasing area related to investments, materials and sporadic maintenance services and various services intended to support administrative activities.
• Negotiation of the CAPEX portfolio - Industrial equipment, utilities, automation, electrical, assembly services, civil;
• Logistics: National road transport and exports, contracts with shipowners, contracts with port terminals and bonded warehouses, air transport, contracts with delivery people, cabotage;
• Negotiation of the Technical services: maintenance contracts, calibrations, environmental services; Technical and production materials: filtration, electrical, mechanical, tools, piping, equipment, etc.;
• responsible for the Information Technology portfolio: Software (SaaS / onpremise / Cloud), consultancy, outsourcing, equipment (servers, LAN, workstations, accessories, etc.), mobile and fixed telephone services and telecommunications;

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 or more years of business, purchasing, operations or related experience.
• Experience with procurement tools, processes, and systems.
• Knowledge of purchasing routines - "Strategic Sourcing", Spend Analysis, Category Management;
