- Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, specialty contractors (electrical, mechanical, and HVAC), critical infrastructure suppliers, and strategic equipment manufacturers for data centers.
- Coordinate and execute contracting processes for construction projects, specialized services, and long-lead equipment acquisition, including technical analysis, due diligence, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract drafting.
- Conduct strategic procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring best value for money, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Plan and execute acquisitions that directly impact project schedules, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure technical and strategic alignment.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance, ensuring internal customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, adherence to technical specifications, and compliance with quality, logistics, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- English required.
- Spanish preferred (a plus).
- Solid experience in procurement, contracts, and complex CAPEX negotiations.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle).
- Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management experience, especially in technical equipment and service acquisition.
