- As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex automation solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building complex automations using visual logic builders such as Make or n8n. You should have a deep understanding of JSON data structures, webhooks, and API payloads.
- You must also possess excellent written and verbal English skills (native or C2 level) along with prior customer-facing technical support experience. Ability to work US/EST hours is required as well.
*Technical Skills*: Proven expertise in LLMs (prompt engineering), context windows system prompts)
