- Gerenciar a área de Controladoria da Fábrica, aumentando o desempenho e participação, assegurando que o time apoie as demais áreas nos controles dos orçamentos, planejamento, auditorias, investimentos e processos financeiros.
- Planejar os custos anuais, assegurando a visibilidade financeira para a tomada de decisão e impacto da estratégia no Resultado da empresa.
- Apresentar os indicadores de performance, assegurando a acuracidade dos números, controles internos e reportes da Fábrica para a liderança geral (Brasil / Global)), aumentado o nível e qualidade da informação para tomada de decisão.
- Suportar o Diretor Industrial e o Time Operacional na condução das atividades da planta, assegurando a melhor utilização dos recursos em termos econômicos.
- Coordenar os investimentos necessários buscando atingir os orçamentos para este item.
- Atender as auditorias internas e externas em relação a Fábrica, contribuindo para um processo claro e transparente.
- Definir e revisar processos fabris com impacto financeiro de outras áreas da fábrica.
- Auxiliar no gerenciamento Projetos Estratégicos (Corporativos, Regulatórios e Locais) e de TI, alinhado com estratégias de TI Brasil e Global.
