Job summary

We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Manager to provide customer support by acting as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
This role focuses on incident management, escalation support, and case documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer incidents and escalations
  • Provide customer support and ensure timely follow-up with clients
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams
  • Manage and document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions
