    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • The E-Commerce Key Account Supervisor will take full ownership of the sales cycle for the channel which includes listing presentations, execution, forecasting and promotional planning for e-commerce accounts
  • Continuously evolve and understand the online competitive landscape in order to secure target channel position
  • Provides channel marketing, brand, product and management team competitive insights and recommendations.
  • Full Responsibility for the E-Commerce Channel P&L
  • Support Modern and Traditional channel to facilitate special programs & products for e-commerce business
  • Fully Execute the Country's E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Strategic Plan
  • Develop and own e-commerce sales operating plan and achieve all goals
  • Be the e-commerce expert and resource for the entire organization
  • Develop comprehension of online retail pricing and how fluctuations (low/high) will affect total marketplace
  • Work with Marketing Teams to Develop Pricing Strategy for all .com accounts
  • Work with SBU's to develop comprehensive plan to "protect" all brands and how they are represented on-line
  • Ensure SBD is developing world-class content management and is accessible internally and to our customers
  • Implement and ensure team hits all goals for sales and profitability
  • Weekly POS analysis and reporting, rolling updates, Created Holiday POS tracker
  • Recommend and present new items, including; POS/Scorecard Analysis, Promotional Planning and category management for e-commerce customers
  • Complete ownership of NPI process for e-commerce accounts, collaborating with Channel team, Product Managers and Marketing teams
  • Catalog Content: Ensuring accurate, dynamic product information on e-commerce accounts' website.
  • New e-commerce accounts: In collaboration with BDM's for establishing new item offers on additional e-commerce websites
  • Efficient and flexible, willing to step up help with any given project or opportunity, demonstrates strong partnership in planning, forecasting, presentations, analysis, and balancing work loads

  • QUALIFICATIONS
    (MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)

  • Related experience in Sales/Marketing, being at least 3 years in online sales
  • Prior e-commerce experience required
  • Digital marketing experience a plus
  • Experience managing a P&L
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are mandatory
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Preferred) or equivalent. Masters/MBA Preferred
  • Financial skills: Demonstrates knowledge of financial dynamics and the implications for the organization. Demonstrates understanding of how organizations achieve profitability targets.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to meet and exceed goals and targets
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic; High energy level and highly motivated. A self-starter
  • Ability to understand the cross functional pieces of the SBD business process and bring value added thinking to improve the target business process
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills; a strong team player.
  • Ability problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
