We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Scheduler to join our team.

About the Role:

• This is a full-time position that involves setting appointments with leads, utilizing strong written and spoken English skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

The primary responsibility of this role is to help us set appointments for our clients' leads by replying via text message system in a timely manner, booking them into scheduled timeslots, making phone calls, and asking qualifying questions. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

• American culture knowledge and familiarity with digital marketing principles are valuable assets in this role.

Your core responsibilities include working 8:30am - 5:00pm New York Time (with a 30-minute break) Monday through Friday. This requires commitment and dedication to ensure successful execution of tasks assigned during your shift.
