About the RoleIn this role, you will have the autonomy to develop yourself and to scale one of our Learning & Development certification initiatives and solve complex challenges of a global company; be responsible for supporting educational projects and initiatives, including curriculum development, project management, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.

The project analyst will report to the Head of Certifications and Credentials and work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional analysts to ensure that projects align with educational objectives and meet the evolving learning needs of VTEX ecosystem and collaborators.

The role will require strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

In this role, you will:

Organize the planning of one branch of certifications & credentials and execute the overall strategy;Coordinate with SMEs the development of assessment items and learning materials;Provide support to collaborators when required;Understand the needs of our main customers, partners, collaborators and stakeholders and translate these into actionable steps;Track the initiative's performance and create mechanisms for growth;Be an ambassador of the learning methodology and goals.

About the TeamYou will be part of the Learning & Development team of VTEX, a cross-functional team that plays a fundamental role in the continued development of VTEX ecosystem and collaborators.

Who you areBold, curious and interested in learning.
Bachelor's degree in a business, law or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field.
Tech and math mindset.
Proven experience in project or product management, preferably within the education, digital commerce or learning & development sectors.
Digital commerce and/or technology knowledge is a strong differentiator.


Languages:
Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish will be considered a strong differentiator.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Experience in learning & development programs, certification processes, and assessment methodologies is advantageous.
Proficiency in project management tools and softwares.
