    Job Description:

    You will lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments.

    You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers' portfolios.

    In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and successfully implement the commercial plan to strengthen and expand Mondelez International's position with assigned customers.
    • Prepare, negotiate, and execute business plans between customers and Mondelez International internal functions.
    • Maintain and develop strategic growth plans for customers, focusing on portfolio management, listings, distribution, and effective promotion and visibility.
    • Build and develop strong category partnerships.
    • Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, assortment management, forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function.
    • Evaluate, plan, and execute appropriate promotional and in-store visibility with cross-functional colleagues.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on market developments and competitor developments.

    Requirements:

    • Retail account management experience demonstrating credibility with senior stakeholders.
    • Superior results delivery in different markets with varying degrees of maturity.
    • Category management knowledge.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    • Maintaining and building effective relationships.
    • Presentation skills for all levels of an organization.
    • Budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

    Work Environment:

    The ideal candidate will be available for internal travel 1-2 times per quarter.

    This role is based in São Paulo, SP.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
