    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Support Engineer to join our team in Ibirubá, RS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Basic knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points preferably CISCO and Riverbed.
    • Assigning switch ports to specific VLANs with basic understanding.
    • Patching phone ports to switches as needed.
    • Troubleshooting Avaya VOIP phones with basic configuration knowledge.
