Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a proficient Scrum Master to join our team and take charge of facilitating product planning and execution. In this role, you will actively remove impediments and help enforce Scrum practices and values.

As part of the team, you will:

• Guide teams in mastering Scrum principles to optimize execution efficiency
• Lead essential Scrum events, promoting transparency and collaboration
• Cooperate alongside Product Owners to refine backlog priorities effectively
• Eliminate obstacles to enhance the quality of deliverables consistently
• Foster a culture of ongoing improvement and the adoption of best practices
• Empower self-organization and cultivate a collaborative teamwork environment
• Ensure alignment with Scrum values and the maintenance of a sustainable pace
• Drive synergy with fellow Scrum Masters and stakeholders for unified goals

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Fluent Spanish level
• Experience working as a Scrum Master for three or more years
• Have worked in at least two similar companies or projects
• Solid experience with Jira and Confluence
• Availability to work within Spain's time zone
• Work experience in the IT industry
• It would be a plus to have experience with Miro, Mural, and OKRs
